You are responsible to clean up any
items you use, including your coffee and dishes and table area

Food bank is open to anyone in the
Community, including Volunteers.
Staff Must have Executive
FOOD Bank is the Staff’s
responsible to provide, unless Staff asks someone to help.
No Individual is get items from the
Food Bank themselves
Serving Individuals Food for use in
the Center cannot be done during the daytime or early evening unless the
Individual cannot access other services IE: Grace Café, Destination
Church, Trinity Church, INN out of the Cold.
Snacks maybe be served Late Evening
and overnight Food is available, (when Food Bank has) for individuals to
heat up themselves or snack on.
Is open to anyone, including
Volunteers and Staff in the Community
2 items per week. Staff is to record
1 or 2 items (Red Book) to keep track
Shoes, Socks, Bras, Underwear and is
NOT part of the two items.
Coats are to be given out as needed
and at the discretion of the Staff On. Please record in Red Book)
NO Trading, swapping or Dropping off
Items that have been worn without washing to get a New One.
ALL NEGATIVE physical
interaction of any kind is prohibited
Any physical interaction meant in
kindness must be welcomed and permission asked from other person
Any result in blood or a body part
being hit, banged severely will result in a Staff to call an ambulance
All Negative Verbal action are prohibited.
Please do not repeatedly interrupt
with the same conversation or harass people to talk to you.

ANY Staff or Volunteer NOT on duty is a Member ONLY. Please
refrain from interfering with Staff on Duty duties unless asked. (staff

Will be taken into consideration and when able the person who suggested
contact and included in the conversation with Staff and/or Board.
Will be addressed by the Executive Director. If needed Individual Concerned
will be contact and discussed. Please remember not all
Concerns can be dealt with on a
‘now model’ and some take time. Concerns with the Executive
Director: Can be written and placed in a sealed envelope and put in the box
addressed to the Board of Directors. The envelope will remain sealed until
the next board meeting (2nd of Tuesday of the month) and the
Board will address as per the Policies and Procedures of PSNE.
